CFCU's vision is to increase the absorption of non reimbursable funds and to assure a sound financial, administrative and technical management of the projects in the benefit of Romania and to effectively contribute to the social and economic development of the country.

CFCU's mission is to become a reference institution within the system of European funds institutions in Romania by the end of 2006 in order to be able to carry out the new duties of the country immediately after the accession.
